How It Works

SET UP: I will arrive approximately 30 minutes before my start time to set up my station. Please provide a sturdy table and chair for me at the venue. A banquet table of 6 feet or larger is ideal. I will bring a sign, but you are welcome to provide your own if you would like. Outlets are preferred but not required as I will bring my own battery operated lighting.

MATERIALS: I provide all materials. Sketches are created on a smooth cardstock paper with professional artist-quality markers to eliminate drying time. Sketches are then placed into protective plastic sleeves for your guests to take home.

STYLE: My illustrations are a mix between the elongated fashion sketch and real-life proportions. Each illustration will take between 5-7 minutes to complete, depending on the flow of the event, intricacy of the outfits and a few other factors. All illustrations are done in full color. Black and white is optional upon request and will reduce each illustration time to 3 minutes per person. For faster illustrations, there will not be a detailed face. Instead the illustration will have lips and a line for the lashes. This is to ensure I focus more time on capturing the outfit itself, while still giving a signature fashion illustration style. If you prefer your illustrations have a full face, please account for an additional 5 minutes per sketch.

BOOKING: My calendar has limited spots and I get booked up fast, so I recommend reaching out as soon as possible. I am accepting bookings for the rest of 2026 as well as 2027 and 2028.

TRAVEL: I am based in Suffolk County on Long Island, but I do travel! Any location off of Long Island will require an additional travel fee, which is dependent on distance. I will travel worldwide to illustrate your event, however this may include additional fees such as ground transportation, air-fare and lodging. Any bookings made for outside of NY must be either the Essential or Deluxe Packages.

CUSTOMIZATION: I can pre-print a logo, date or other personalization onto my paper for an additional fee. I am also able to include a personalized note from the bride and groom with each illustration. Please notify me of any personalizations 60 days prior to your event.

PRICING: Please contact me for rates by submitting a form below. Please see the Live Illustration tab to look at the different services I offer that would best suit your needs. I require a 4 hour minimum for events on Long Island, 5 hour minimum outside of Long Island area. A non-refundable deposit is due to secure your date.
